Description: The draft of the proposed study area was submitted to SCDOT on April 4, 2012. No comments one way or the other were received back from SCDOT. The study area boundary was approved by the Policy Committee on July 23, 2012. A zip file with the approved study area was sent to Kevin Sheppard with the SCDOT on 8/1/12. The Stuudy Area was developed by creating a one mile boundary around the existing Study Area.On 7/24/14, Robbie Ervin checked this layer against the layer that Caroline Dunlap used in making maps for FLATS (M:\FLATS_Documents\FLATS_Boundary\FLATS 2010 Boundary\1milebufferWHOLEBound.shp) and it matched.
